Terms and Conditions of Use – Barbati Beachfront Villas

Welcome to Barbati Beachfront Villas, an online platform for renting beachfront holiday apartments. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Barbati Beachfront Villas acts as an intermediary between property owners (“Owners”) and renters (“Renters”), facilitating the rental of holiday apartments through our online platform. We are not a party to the rental agreement, which is concluded directly between Owner and Renter.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Barbati Beachfront Villas reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its sole discretion, without needing to give reasons.

3. Registration and Use

Users must provide true and complete information when registering.

Barbati Beachfront Villas is not responsible for incorrect or fraudulent information provided by users.

Use of the platform is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Fees and Payments

Barbati Beachfront Villas charges a service fee on each booking, to be paid by the Renter and/or Owner, as applicable.

All fees are set at the sole discretion of Barbati Beachfront Villas and may change without notice.

Payments to Owners will be made after deduction of service fees, within the timeframes determined by the platform.

In the event of cancellation, Barbati Beachfront Villas will not refund service fees already charged, unless expressly provided for in these Terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Renter or Owner are subject to the cancellation policies defined by Barbati Beachfront Villas.

Barbati Beachfront Villas reserves the right to retain up to 100% of the service fees in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed exclusively by the platform, and the refund period may vary depending on the payment methods used.

6. Responsibilities and Limitations

Barbati Beachfront Villas is not responsible for damages, losses or disputes between Renters and Owners, including, but not limited to, property conditions, cancellations or behavior of the parties.

The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by Owners or Renters, including property descriptions or reviews.

Barbati Beachfront Villas may suspend or terminate reservations at its discretion, without charge, if it identifies violations of these Terms or risks to the operation of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, texts, images and software, is the exclusive property of Barbati Beachfront Villas and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

Users grant Barbati Beachfront Villas a non-exclusive license to use photos, descriptions and other content provided for advertising purposes on the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

Barbati Beachfront Villas may change these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Barbati Beachfront Villas is headquartered.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the city where the company is headquartered, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

10. Final Provisions

Barbati Beachfront Villas has the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations to third parties without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict between this document and other communications, these Terms shall prevail.
